Nellie’s Barn is a spacious conversion set amongst the most stunning landscape in the Cotswolds. Nestling in the Windrush Valley (The Windrush Way is quite literally on the doorstep), the barn offers the utmost peace and tranquillity with the Cotswold hotspots of Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Broadway as well as sophisticated Cheltenham all within easy striking distance.

Full of charm and character the barn boasts full height ceilings with beautiful beams and a cosy wood burning stove. Both bedrooms are light and airy with thoughtful finishing touches such as fluffy robes hanging in the wardrobes and portable black-out blinds available on request.
There are an abundance of walks from the doorstep and guest have access to the beautiful paddock complete with summer house overlooking the large duck pond – ideal for those long summer evenings as the sun sets

All the daily activity of the farm takes place one and a half miles away so the only sounds you'll hear will be birdsong, deer barking and owls hooting. Not only a haven for wildlife, you’ll soon feel those workaday worries slipping away and children will delight in exploring the farm in complete safety.

Nellie’s has many green credentials as the barn is powered by photovoltaic panels and heated by a biomass boiler using wood chip from their own trees and there’s always a new tree planting programme on the go.

Please note this property has a capacity of four (plus one sleeping on a sofa bed).

A small patio area to the front of this stylish Cotswold barn has a table, four chairs and a gas barbecue. There is also a lawned area to the rear of the property.
A secure paddock complete with summer house is also available for guests to use and four-legged friends to wander. Little ones need to be accompanied as there is a pond too - superb for bird watching.
Coarse fishing is available at the farm lake: guests will need to bring their own rods.
Off street parking available.

Unlimited logs from the farm provided.
A cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
Portable black-out blinds are available.
Use of the sofa bed is at an additional charge of £40 per stay. Sofa beds can be added during the booking process.
Dogs over the age of twelve months are more than welcome at Nellie’s Barn. Please note an additional £20 charge applies per dog per stay.
Electric car charging point for guests to use free of charge.
