This Grade II listed Cotswold holiday home sleeps up to 5 guests, in three tasteful bedrooms with two modern bathrooms. On the ground floor there is an inviting living room with wood burner, a well-appointed kitchen and bright dining area overlooking the private enclosed courtyard. Formerly a workers cottage in the 19th century, Union Cottage has been lovingly renovated to combine contemporary conveniences whilst retaining the period features in-keeping with the age of the property. This immaculately presented cottage is also dog friendly, welcoming one small-medium sized, well behaved dog, making it a wonderful destination to share with loved ones!

There is a clothes horse, combination washing machine and tumble dryer in the outbuilding at the end of the garden which guests are welcome to use

The cottage is a period property so there is restricted head height and uneven floorboards throughout.
As Union Cottage is located on a relatively steep hill, there is a step up into the house at the front door and then a step down into the courtyard. We do ask guests to be mindful of this when entering and exiting the property
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

The maximum occupancy for this property is 5 adults. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant.

Union Cottage has a lovely courtyard for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties
This cottage is located in Tetbury. Chavenage House and Highgrove House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Thames Path and Cotswold Edge Golf Club. Highgrove Shop Tetbury and Hookshouse Pottery are also worth visiting.
