The cottage is set within its own grounds overlooking the church. The open stone porch with original stone arch has a church pew for you to take a seat whilst you remove your muddy boots, and is also stacked with wood for the wood burner. Open the solid wooden door into the wide entrance hall, with original wooden panelling and high ceilings, you will find a cosy lounge to the left, where you can sink into the sofas and relax with friends in front of the wood burner, there is also a smart TV/DVD and a bluetooth speaker perfect for a good movie. Across the entrance hall is the dining room, with a solid wooden table and chairs, set for six along with original cupboards. Also, a great space for children to get away and enjoy a board game, or simply relax in the wooden window seats with a good book. The kitchen is set to the rear of the cottage and is well equipped with electric oven and hob, Dualit capsule coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher, and a table and chairs for a relaxed breakfast and a wooden dresser stocked with everything you may need. There is also a fridge/freezer situated in the lobby just off the kitchen. There is a ground floor WC, with a utility area housing a washer/dryer and small fridge. So, when the day is done climb the stairs to the first floor, where you will find the three bedrooms. A king size with feature fireplace, a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with garden views and a twin bedroom (which can be made into a king size on request). All bedrooms are furnished with luxurious organic cotton bedlinen.Also, on this floor is a bathroom with bath and WC and a shower room with shower and WC. The cottage enjoys an open aspect onto the estate, with a large enclosed garden which is perfect for children and dogs, the grounds are laid to lawn with plenty of sunny garden benches and a patio with table and chairs and charcoal BBQ to enjoy. There is ample off road parking and secure storage for bicycles available.
