The footpath to the Southern and Eastern edge of Somerford Lagoon is not accessible from the 1st of October to the 31st of March, in order to minimise disturbance to the wintering wildfowl. Spinney Lake is available for non-powered water sports throughout the year.

This vacation home is located in Cirencester. Bristol Aero Collectlon and Corinium Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Cirencester Roman Amphitheatre and Swindon and Cricklade Railway. Lakeside Ski & Wake and Combat Splat are also worth visiting. Water skiing and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
