Top Cottage is a beautiful, well presented property dating back to the 1800's. Originally four workmen's cottages, this property has been sympathetically restored to provide a high standard of accommodation. Period features and creature comforts combine to create a comfortable holiday home.
Antique furniture and tasteful period art throughout complement the original inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, window seats and flagstone flooring.
The main house can sleep up to five people, with the annexe in the garden providing privacy and space for further two guests.
Ground Floor:
Entrance into a large hall with a cloakroom.
Dining kitchen
With with oven, four-ring hob and hot plate, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer. There is a kitchen table with seating for six. An additional chair is available for those wishing to eat together when there are seven guests.
Sitting room
With an inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove with a bread oven from days gone by.
Reading area
With an LCD television with Freeview and a DVD player.
First Floor:
Master bedroom
With a 4'6 double bed, digital radio and a window seat looking out over the garden.
En-suite bathroom
With a bath and hand held shower attachment, wash basin and wc. This en-suite bathroom leads to a dressing room with wardrobes, a heated towel rail and a flight of stairs leading to the third bedroom.
Bedroom two
With a 4'6 double bed.
Shower room
With a double shower, wash basin and wc.
Second Floor:
Bedroom three with a 3' single bed. It is important to note, the only access to this single bedroom is through the master bedroom.
The Annexe provides accommodation of an equally high standard for a further two guests.
Open-plan living area
With a wood burning stove, television with Blu-Ray player and surround sound and a dining table and two chairs.
Kitchen
Fully fitted with an oven and electric hob, fridge and freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Double bedroom
With 4'6 double bed.
Shower room
With shower, wash basin and wc.
Outside:
Outside is a terrace overlooking the lovely Cotswold garden.

Off street parking is available for three cars.
A welcome basket of logs provided.
A high chair, travel cot (Linen not provided) and safety gate available upon request.
