* This property is situated within the final phase of The Lower Mill Estate, where there is a significant amount of building work being undertaken. Prices have been set below market price to reflect the fact that this part of the development is not yet complete and there may be some disruption to your holiday. During week days, there will be a high level of "building" type noise, however, on weekends, when no work is being carried out, disruption will be minimal and reduced to a purely visual impact.
