Groves Barn is a grade II listed barn set in its own private courtyard that offers the ultimate in luxurious holiday accommodation and has a visit England 5 star Gold rating. With a stunning open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area, and four spacious en-suite bedrooms, it is ideal for friends and families to get together, or for couples who simply enjoy a bit of extra space. There is disabled access to the barn and a fully accessible bedroom with en-suite wet room.

Outside area and grounds Situated in a private, enclosed courtyard, complete with patio area with large dinning table and chairs to relax and enjoy a barbeque, and a thatched ‘Breeze Hut’ for sheltered dining . There is a separate children’s play area within easy reach and ample parking close-by.
Hot Tubs are available to hire at the time of booking subject to availability.
Private chef’s can be arranged subject to availability.
Pets Allowed maximum 2 dogs at £25 per dog per stay.

Groves Barn is located at Norton Grounds and access down a private electric gated drive.
Fantastic location for walking on the end of the Cotswold way and close to lots of footpaths. Local village with fantastic pubs serving great food / shop less than a mile away and you can walk to across fields in the summer months.

Located in Chipping Campden, this vacation home is in a rural area. Old Campden House and Silk Mill are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cotswold Way and Broadway Golf Club. Hidcote Manor Garden and Kiftsgate Court Gardens are also worth visiting.
