This fabulous four-bed family house is situated within the beautiful countryside between Bath and Bristol in the village of Bitton. A truly beautiful property inside and out, surrounded by fantastic walking terrain , pretty villages with great pubs and with Bath just a 15 min drive and Bristol 25 mins away, this is a fantastic holiday home in a perfect location for family and friends to explore and spend time together.
Great walking country and that we offer beauty treatments in the nextdoor property, along with there is a small holding with animal petting and it offers riding lessons, all must be booked in advance
This property is light and spacious and has recently been beautifully renovated, with a modern interior that has been careful considered to give guests the utmost comfort and enjoyment.
INTERIOR
The living area boasts high ceilings and plenty of comfortable seating, and has a wall mounted fully smart TV with SKY. Its a perfect space to relax in, with large doors leading onto the garden its light and airy during the summer, and with the log burner, cosy and warm in the winter. The immaculate kitchen diner is fully fitted with modern units and appliances and you'll find it fully equipped with new utensils and cooking equipment, everything you would need for a self-catering holiday, even an ice machine! Off the kitchen is a utility room with washer dryer.
One of the king bedrooms is located down stairs and benefits from having use of the downstairs cloak room and direct access to the patio in the garden.
The open plan staircase with its large windows offers gorgeous views, and leads to a mezzanine-style area, a further three bedrooms and the pristine family bathroom. The master King-size bedroom has plenty of closet space , a wall mounted smart TV and a beautiful en-suite with a large modern walk-in shower. There is a comfortable twin room with wall mounted smart TV and a stunning view and a smaller room with bunkbeds.
EXTERIOR
The private, enclosed garden, boasts far reaching views of beautiful countryside and provides fantastic extra living space. The patio area offers guests plenty of seating for al fresco dining and relaxing. There is a fabulous hot tub with Bluetooth sound system, a BBQ and a table tennis table for guests to enjoy.
Guests staying can have access by appointment to the neighbouring small holding, horse riding stables and treatment room, children can enjoy petting and feeding the animals, or a pony riding lesson while grownups can enjoy a treatment.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £30 per dog.

You'll find private parking directly outside the property on the road for three cars.
Other things to note
There is a hot tub and small pond, both have a covering but no child should be left unaccompanied.
We ask that no glassware is used in the hot tub

- Respect for neighbors is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.
- Please use the drinks coasters provided in all bedrooms
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is our home, please care for it as such
- Please do not wear fake tan in the hot tub
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
-Please put patio soft furnishings and umbrella in the shed when not in use, guests will be charged dry cleaning if they are left out
- There is a covered hot tub and pond, no children are to be left unattended
- A charge will be made if these rules are broken
- There is only parking for 3 car's maximum
