The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, along with bedroom two, another king-size and bedroom four with twin 3' single beds; and a family bathroom with a bath with overhead shower. On the second floor is a further family bathroom with a stunning oval bath and bedroom three with a double bed.

The rear garden has a large lawn and patio area with outdoor furniture; perfect for alfresco dining or simply relaxing after a long day exploring the Cotswolds. To the front of Little Tithe is ample off-road parking for up to four cars and a further lawned area.

A short stroll from the property is the award-winning village pub, The Horse and Groom.
