Japandi, as the name suggests, is a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian styles. It is influenced by the ancient Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, a way of life which values slow-living, contentment and simplicity, as well as the Scandinavian practice of hygge, which embraces comfort, cosiness and wellbeing.

The Space:
The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of central Manchesters Gay Village.

This large, open plan living space, combines 15ft high ceilings, solid wood parquet flooring, and high end design whilst still capturing the character of the period building.

The spacious and luxurious master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed. The space also contains a large fitted wardrobe and dressing area, with full length mirrors and downlighting, perfect for getting ready.

The stunning Scandinavian boutique style bathroom, wrapped in oak panelling and boutique stone, has a to-die-for step in rain shower. Plentiful down-lights, light up the fantastic floating basin and moon-shaped, backlit mirror. Fresh bath linen and an assortment of luxury argon oil shampoo's and conditioner's, soap's and sanitiser's are provided complementary.

The beautifully crafted open plan kitchen, allows you to cook and entertain at the same time, as it is interconnected with the dining and lounge area. Complete with a Microwave combioven and fan oven, ceramic induction hob set into the stunning composit-marble wrap-around work surface, this kitchen provides the perfect high-tech arena in which to show off your cooking skills or simply cook a nice family meal.

Additionally, the kitchen comprises of double fridge-freezer and washing machine. The bespoke composite-marble top continues as a wrap-around, which beautifully encase the kitchen island units. It also provides a house for pop-up electrical plugs and an undermount sink.

There is also a selection of hot drinks for you to choose from.

The dining area and lounge is spacious, light and relaxing. The hand made bespoke dining table, seats four people comfortably. It is also an excellent work space for those who may be travelling on business.

The living room has a super comfy four seater sofa and a 55" Sky Glass TV with full entertainment package, Netflix and Amazon TV access as standard. The sofa also converts to a luxury sofa bed, which comes with a mattress for guests who book for 3 or more persons.

There are a number of off and on street parking spaces available all around the development. You can park free of charge on the street in designated bays, between the hours of 20:00 and 08:00. There is also an underground pay and display car park adjacent to the development, where is costs £8.00 daily to park. The full address of this car park is as follows: Just Park, Granby Row, M1 7AP. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s).

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the whole apartment.

There is a Banatynes gym located within 20m of the property and is shared with other members. Day and month memberships can purchased.

In the unlikely event that the lift is not working, you will need to take the stairs.

If you are staying for a number of nights, you may need to take the waste out to the waste deposit area at the back of the building. If you do so, you will need to exit through the front of the building, turn right and the bin store is behind the black metal gates under the building. The code is C9214.

In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest portal, powered by Enso Connect. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fee’s are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late checkout and other services, extra guests and or extra nights.

Please ensure these are completed prior to your stay as guests will not be able to access the apartments until your Enso verification and deposit hold is complete.
