Littleborough is surrounded by natural beauty, with many attractions within an hour’s drive. Nearby Hollingworth Lake is a much-loved beauty spot where you can enjoy all the cafe bars and restaurants only 10 min drive or 40 min walk away on the canal or enjoy a picnic, day of fishing, water sports or relaxing stroll around the picturesque lake. For those interested in history, the Rochdale Pioneers Museum is a must see, as it documents the birthplace of the modern co-operative movement. You can take a walk in the Pennine hills which is direct from your front door or explore the neighbouring charming towns of Todmorden and artsy Hebden Bridge.
A scenic drive from Hebden Bridge over the moors takes you to Haworth where the Parsonage Museum commemorates the famous Bronte family who lived there.
