This cottage is set over three floors and has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two family bedrooms with a double and two single beds (zip/link, can be super-king-size double on request) with en-suite bathrooms, a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom (zip/link, can be super-king-size double on request) with an en-suite bathroom,one lower ground floor twin bedroom (zip/link, can be super-king-size double on request), .1 x Lower ground family room with 4 singles can be made into 1 or 2 super kings upon request. Lower ground floor bathroom with bath, a lower ground floor bathroom and two ground floor rooms with basin and WC. There is also a kitchen with dining area, a utility room, a dining room, a sitting room, a snug, a snooker room and a gym. Outside there is ample off road parking, bike storage, a substantial terrace around the property and a large lawned garden to all sides with a patio, furniture and a barbecue.
