Found in the charming village of Llanfair, just outside the popular resort of Harlech and within the Snowdonia National Park, the cottage is in a fantastic location, perfect for families or groups of friends. Its generously sized rooms mean that even at full capacity, you will have plenty of space to relax and find some privacy should you want it. Spend your down time all together in the roomy living diner, with spectacular views of the bay looking towards Shell Island and the Llyn Peninsula. There is plenty of seating and a comforting fire and it's a great spot to relax with loved ones. The spacious kitchen, with rustic wooden units, provides you with everything that you will need throughout your stay. On the ground floor you will find three of the five cosy bedrooms at Awel Y Llan, the master bedroom is delightfully decorated with a stunning en-suite shower room. From two of the bedrooms you continue to enjoy wonderful panoramic views over Cardigan Bay. The first floor of the property presents you with two more peaceful bedrooms, a good size family shower room, and a large multi-purpose games/TV room. In a separate building, your very own spa suite holds a luxury hot tub and a sauna for you to sit and indulge in without a care in the world. You can also take a moment to yourself by strolling through the surrounding garden. There is something to suit everybody in the local area; the unspoilt beaches at Llandanwg and Harlech, you can visit the majestic castle in Harlech, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and indulge at one of the towns many shops and restaurants. You could use the pool or climbing wall at the leisure centre or have a round of golf at the Royal St Davids Golf Course next to the sand dunes. You can take advantage of the dramatic scenery with a walk or bike ride in Snowdonias National Park. Alternatively, visit the popular seaside resort of Barmouth for a fun-packed day at the beach as well as visiting Porthmadog, Portmeirion and Criccieth which are all within easy reach.
