From the property, you can take a 20 minute walk along a country path through beautiful meadows and fields to sandy Dinas Dinlle beach Fron Emrys lies just outside the centre of Llandwrog which is nearby to the delightful Dinas Dinlle, a classic seaside location well worth visiting for its beautiful sandy beach, you can grab fish and chips from the local takeaway or stop in at one of the cafés for an afternoon treat. Also watersports activities are available. Plenty of amenities can be found in the village of Penygroes just a few miles south of Llandwrog, here you'll find several shops for food and essentials as well as a pub and café. Any guests who are keen walkers should plan an expedition up Snowdon, venturing into the Snowdonia National Park to take on Wales' highest mountain, with several routes to choose from and an incredible visitor centre at the top, Hafod Eryri, where you can soak up the breath-taking, unforgettable scenery. For a day of fun in the water, head to Llyn Padarn and hire some watersports equipment from Snowdonia Watersports, afterwards taking a look around the delightful town of Llanberis. Several attractions can be found here including Electric Mountain, Dolbadarn Castle, National Slate Museum and the Llanberis Station where you can catch the train on the Snowdon Mountain Railway for those seeking a more leisurely way up this magnificent peak. A trip to Caernarfon is not to be missed with its amazing castle, Roman Fort, and pretty marina, whilst Bangor, Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula are all to be discovered too.
