Number Twelve is a sympathetically restored five bedroom, four bathroom self catering holiday home in the heart of Pwllheli and a short walk from the beach and harbour.
Catering for up to 10 guests, it is a relaxing and cosy home from which to explore the beautiful landscape of the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia.
GROUND FLOOR AND OUTSIDE AREA:
The ground floor offers a comfy living area, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. This open plan area flows into the well equipped kitchen – comprising of a duel fuel range cooker and hob, dishwasher, large American style fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and ample storage space. Make your way through to the dining room where you will find a hand made wooden dining table, large enough to accommodate your whole group. You will also find a bar area with wine fridge, cocktail utensils and coffee making facilities.
Outside you will find a great entertaining area with hot tub and BBQ. A tap/hose and drying facilities are also located outside, perfect for rinsing out your wetsuit after a day on the beach.
FIRST FLOOR:
The first floor offers a generous super king bedroom with en-suite and one twin bedroom. There is a separate bathroom with luxurious large shower.
Also located on the first floor, you will find the cinema room which can be used as an extra relaxing living area or playroom.
SECOND FLOOR:
The second floor also offers a spacious super king bedroom with en-suite, a further king bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a separate bathroom with shower and bath which enjoys views over the Pwllheli Marina.
THE AREA:
Pwllheli is superbly situated on a stretch of coastline that runs on the south side of the Llyn Peninsula and offers the perfect place to enjoy the sea. Many watersports are available within just a few miles of Number Twelve, from Surfing at Hell’s Mouth to Sailing at Abersoch. There are fantastic eateries from beachside bars to fine dining.
Number Twelve is perfectly placed to explore the beautiful beaches and scenery that the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia have to offer. Pwllheli offers visitors a sandy beach that stretches for miles and a spectacular marina which is home to many amazing boats. The town provides conveniences and many quirky local shops to browse.
Pwllheli is within easy driving distance of Port Meiron, Abersoch, Morfa Nefyn, Barmouth, Cricceth and Harlech, among many others.

There is parking in a public car park at the rear of the property.
Located in Pwllheli, this vacation home is in the mountains and near the beach. Plas Glyn y Weddw and Plas-yn-Rhiw are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Eryri National Park and Llŷn. Glasfryn Parc and Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways are also worth visiting.
