Ideal for a large group of family or friends, the farmhouse has a spacious lounge with a cosy wood burning stove and a large kitchen/diner with plenty of space for socialising.
Enjoy the great outdoors right from the doorstep with lots of choices, either up the ridge to the mountain or down towards the beach at Fairbourne or cross the bridge to Barmouth, which is less than 3 miles walk away and a great place for shopping and eating out. Close by you can visit Cregennan Lakes, ideal for fishing and nature watching or take a scenic trip on the historic Fairbourne Railway.

- Rooms: Ground floor: Living room, kitchen / diner, bathroom and utility. Upstairs: 4 ensuite bedrooms and a single room. The annexe is occasionally occupied by the owner. Lockable doors separating both sections.
- Kitchen and utilities: Modern fitted kitchen with range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Entertainment: TVs in living room and bedroom. Wifi available.
- Outside: Stunning views to estuary and peninsular. Large hand-made table and seats. Charcoal BBQ and a firepit. Large separate sauna (capacity for up to 10 people) with 2.5m picture window and extraordinary views across the estuary and sea. Changing room and cold shower also available.
- General: Central heating, electricity and a basket of wood is provided. Bed linen, towels and hairdryers provided.
- Pets: Up to 3 dogs welcome, at a charge of £25.00 per pet, per week.
