The space
Gated garden with ample parking and amazing views. Step in to this impressive property that combines original features with a contemporary design. The hall with its high wooden beams, under floor heating and modern staircase that leads up to the homely open plan living, dining, and kitchen area that is perfect for groups to get together and have a fabulous time. Kitchen with dishwasher, double oven, fridge freezer and everything you need to dine in style. Dining area that comfortable seats twelve. There is also a separate entertainment room if you prefer to snuggle up and watch a movie on Netflix, play a game on the high quality projector, have some quiet time or use as a play room for the kids. The Chapel has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
All six bedrooms have been furnished to a high standard with the luxury feel in mind. The ground floor comprises of Two En suite King size bedrooms. Another King size bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. There is a large utility room with dishwasher/washing machine/dryer/ fridge freezer that can also be used as an additional breakfast room with a table, chairs and tea and coffee making facilities. The other King size bedroom is located on the second floor with another twin bedroom sharing another shower room.
Go outside to the beautiful garden and enjoy the sun, sit outside and watch the sun go down over Eryri (Snowdonia.) Make special memories to cherish and remember forever.
Location
Llanrug is a beautiful little quiet village with views of the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. The village has a couple of pubs, award wining butchers, two grocery shops, fish and chip shop and Spectacular walks on your door step.
Walk over the road to Arte outdoor centre and down the road to Piggery pottery. Cycle along the cycle track to Llanberis. Llanberis 3 miles - Snowdon mountain railway and paddle board on the lake.

Caernarfon 4 miles with its historic Castle, sea views, shops, cinema, leisure centre, bars and restaurants.
