Hosting six bedrooms; a ground floor king-size double with en-suite, a first floor king-size, a first floor twin, a lower ground floor single with optional trundle bed, and two lower ground floor king-size rooms, as well as two lower ground floor bathrooms, and a shower room, this property can sleep up to eleven people. Inside you will also find a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen, lounge/diner, and first floor games room. To the outside there is a parking area opposite the house for several cars and further parking is also available if required. There is also an enclosed courtyard area accessed from the ground floor with patio furniture. The front of the house has a slipway and mooring, lawned and gravelled areas with garden furniture. Situated in a wonderful destination with views of the Menai Straits, Felin is a unique cottage in a beautiful part of Wales.
