Meadway House is a superb, detached cottage set a short stroll from the coast in Rhos-on-Sea, North Wales. The cottage has five bedrooms, two of which have en-suites, two a first floor family bathroom, a shower room and a WC in the utility on the ground floor. The property can sleep up to 12 people in total. There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area, a sitting room with a sofa bed and a woodburner, plus a first floor games room with a football table and a sofa bed if required. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars along with an enclosed patio garden area with furniture. Just a short stroll from Meadway House will bring you to the coast, the small family-friendly sandy beach, the promenade and the excellent coastal cycle route.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Note: Bathroom is on a half landing and shower room is accessed up and down 3 steps. Note: Twin room can only be accessed via the double room with basin.
