This lovely, detached seaside cottage is located on the outskirts of the popular resort of Rhos-on-Sea, just 50 yards from the beach, promenade and coastal cycle route. Having been renovated to a high standard, Meadway House offers a spacious and welcoming holiday home for families and friends to enjoy, with accommodation for up to 12 guests if required. Entering into a large hallway, you will notice many of the original period features have been retained to include picture rails, stripped floorboards, leadlight windows and well-proportioned rooms with high ceilings. The separate dining room with a feature fireplace provides a formal eating area, whilst the modern, fitted kitchen is spacious enough to offer ample room for a sociable eating area, incorporating both a breakfast bar and a dining table, with patio doors overlooking the rear garden. The sitting room is warm and welcoming with a woodburning stove set in a stylish slate hearth, a double sofa bed if required and a large bay window to let the light flood in. Throughout the cottage, the owners have successfully utilised the space to provide a ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a first floor family bedroom with a double bed and glazed door through to a twin bedroom, a further bedroom with a double bed and an additional pull-out single, also with an en-suite shower room, and finally a single bedroom, all supported by a family bathroom and a separate shower room. In addition, a large first floor games room provides the perfect chill-out zone for children and adults alike, with a football table, dart board, a retro gaming console, Nintendo Wii, a selection of board games, a Smart TV and a DVD player, plus a double sofa bed if required. This excellent holiday home offers an ideal setting for long days on the beach, and is certain to provide an enjoyable holiday on this beautiful part of the coast of North Wales.
