This fabulous, detached house of Nyth Y Fran rests in the heart of Abersoch. Catering to a large family or group of 12, Nyth Y Fran is set over four floors and boasts gorgeous interiors that boast class and style. After enjoying a day packed with coastal walks or paddling along the shores, park outside the abode in one of the four parking spaces, before taking in those views across the bay. Upon entering the dwelling, you will be welcomed by a stunning open-plan living area, a space showcasing a blue and white colour scheme that is reminiscent of your coastal surroundings. The sitting area features stylish touches, along with chic blue sofas and armchairs for you to unwind on as you warm your toes by the open fire and watch a family-favourite on the TV. Progress through the arch to find an attractive kitchen with high-gloss, white fittings giving the space a sleek feel; the designated chef will be able to fix up fantastic meals with the top-quality appliances available. When dinner is ready, enjoy it at the close-by dining table and catch up about your beachfront escapades. After dinner, be sure to make the most of the sheltered bar outside, where you can spend quality time with the adults of the group and enjoy a relaxed evening as the drinks flow. As the evening winds to a close, make your way up to the first floor to find an exquisite family room housing four single beds and boasting elegant décor, the other bedroom is the fabulous king-size. Continue to the second floor to find two well-appointed king-size bedrooms, one benefitting from its own balcony, where a lucky guest can enjoy a steaming cup of coffee as they look out at the distant sea; both rooms are accompanied by fabulous en-suite shower rooms. The third floor is home to a delightful twin room that comes with a cot and is ideal for extended family or friends. Finishing off the interior of the house is the fantastic contemporary bathroom on the first floor, where you can relax your muscles after a day filled with excursions. The back garden is a superb relaxation spot, with sunken seating for you to catch the sun’s rays on as you enjoy a captivating book. A quick walk brings you into the centre of Abersoch, where you can stop in one of the several eateries at-hand, including Crust Pizzeria, before working off your lunch with a game of golf at Abersoch Golf Club, or surfing along the shores of Abersoch Harbour and Abersoch Main Beach. For a quaint day out, progress to the quiet village of Llanengan and hike up the Llanengan Hillfort, stopping at the Llanengan Lead Mine Chimney on the way, visit the Sun inn pub for a hearty meal and a pint, before wandering down to Hells Mouth Beach for an afternoon packed with sun, sand and fun! Continue along this side of the Llŷn Peninsula, whether that be by foot along the Llŷn Coastal Path or by car, and visit the stunning manor house of Plas yn Rhiw, with its art collections and seasonal garden waiting to be explored; a little further afield of the historic house is the beautiful cove of Porth Ysgo and the village of Aberdaron, where a lovely beach and a handful of eateries can be found, along with access to a nature reserve. The village of Llanbedrog and town of Pwllheli are within easy reach of the property, so be sure to pay them a visit to find delightful attractions, from a Gothic art gallery, Plas Glyn y Weddw, to a Sailing Events area, Plas Heli. For a seaside break in idyllic accommodation, look no further than Nyth Y Fran.
