Town: Llandudno lies between the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its appeal. The town offers two beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of beach backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade.
This apartment is located in Llandudno. Great Orme Tramway and Great Orme Ancient Mines are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Eryri National Park and Great Orme Country Park. Pen-y-Dinas Hillfort and Bodafon Farm Park are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like hiking/biking trails.
