This semi-detached cottage is homely and comfortable and is beautifully presented and enjoys sweeping views across rolling countryside to the sea at Cardigan Bay. There is a lovely enclosed courtyard garden to the front and rear of the cottage. Pwllheli, 5 miles away, has a weekly market, shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool, golf course and a marina. Fashionable Abersoch is just beyond with a pretty harbour and excellent water sports. Well worth a visit is Criccieth with its medieval castle. Fabulous walking opportunities are available with much of the coastline owned by the National Trust and of course the nearby Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach with plenty of exciting outdoor pursuits available. Beach 3 miles. Shop 1½ miles, pub and restaurant 5 miles.

Plas Glyn y Weddw and Plas-yn-Rhiw are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Eryri National Park and Llŷn. Glasfryn Parc and Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
