Make your great escape to this enticing Welsh barn conversion, situated up on a hill overlooking Cardigan Bay. Approximately 1.5 miles drive from Aberdyfi, the two storey property is set on a working farm and sleeps four guests. Also welcoming two small dogs, it is ideally positioned for anyone wishing to strike out along the Welsh Coast Path, which runs close by. Head into Aberdyfi to go to the beach, play golf or take part in water sports. Venture into the Snowdonia National Park, which begins here, or take the children to King Arthur s Labyrinth, 14.5 miles away in Corris. Let yourselves into the barn via the front door and hall, then continue through into the open plan lounge/kitchen. Light the wood burner in here on chilly days and settle down to watch the TV. Wander over to the kitchen area to prepare a delicious meal with the fresh produce you have shopped for, then head through into the conservatory, which doubles as a dining room, to eat together and take in the spectacular views. Also find you have a twin bedroom at this level, with a TV and DVD for anyone fancying long, lazy mornings in bed before embarking on their busy day. This room also benefits from access to a bathroom with a shower over the bath, a handbasin and a WC. Climb the stairs up to the first floor to discover a double bedroom with a TV and an en suite shower room with WC and handbasin. Open the door to the balcony from this bedroom on sunny mornings and wander out to welcome the day. Gaze out at the views from the glass fronted balcony on the first floor or soak up the sunshine on the patio below. Dine out here too on warm evenings and watch the sun go down. Bubble in the hot tub as often as you choose. Find plenty of parking at the property and enjoy having a free permit for the pay and display car parks in Aberdyfi, for those occasions you want to load up and drive down to the beach.
