The open plan living makes this an idea space to enjoy time together. Meaning you can cook, eat, relax, or watch tv in this thoughtfully designed area.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment . The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, an attractive en-suite, as well as ample storage and hanging space for clothing, in the form of a wardrobe, chest drawers, as well as bedside tables.
The second bedroom has twin single beds, one bedside table with lamp, a wall mounted mirror, and a large wardrobe
The modern main bathroom is conveniently positioned in the middle of the apartment.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
There is free parking within the development.
The property is ideally placed for exploring the bustling village of Benllech, and the wider area on the island of Anglesey.
Benllech has a beautiful golden sandy beach which has been awarded Blue Flag status, this is only approx a 5 minutes walk away. It's suitable for swimming, paddling, exploring rock pools and watersports.
Shops, Cafe's and restaurants are also within easy walking distance, making this apartment perfectly positioned to explore everything on offer locally.

Please note that this apartment is in a development that does not accept pets.
There is an uphill walk from the beach to the property, however public parking is available directly opposite the beach.

The nearest main railway station is Bangor LL62 5LE, approximately 10 miles away.
Buses
The Bus Stop is outside the building on the main road. The Number 62 bus goes to Bangor and takes approximately 30 minutes.
Key Selling Points
There is a lovely sea view from the apartment. Benllech Beach is a popular blue flag beach, suitable for swimming, paddling, exploring rock pools and watersports. It is within walking distance from the apartment, or there is car parking available by the beach with easy access to the sand with a cafe, shops and public toilets.
