The West Wing is a self-contained annex located within the village of Bodfari, Denbigh. It homes two bedrooms, one ground floor double and a twin bedroom with en-suite, posing a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Inside you will also find a charming sitting room with a woodburning fire, a well-equipped kitchen/dining room. Finally, there is a conservatory with seating arrangements, overlooking the grounds. Guests will have a private parking area, and a front garden and an enclosed back garden. The West Wing is a delightful property, situated within a picturesque location.

Pub less than 1 mile via a walk down public footpath, shop is 3.8 miles. Note: Drive entrance is shared with the owner. Note: This property is not suitable for children under the age of 5. Note: The back garden is shared with the owners and is not fenced off, therefore guests are requested not to go beyond the West Wing area. Note: The owners have their own dog, friendly dogs are welcome to roam freely in the back garden, but any dogs that do not get on well with other dogs must be kept on a lead in the back garden. Note: Access to the gardens will be required from time to time for gardening, but this will be done with the agreement of the guests when they are out.

The town of Denbigh can be found within 5 miles, where you will have a selection of pubs, shops and restaurants to explore.
