The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower over the bath. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed, accommodating various guest arrangements. Essential utilities, including gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi, are included in the rental, along with an initial supply of fuel for the open fire.

Outside, the cottage features a front enclosed garden with a patio and furniture, perfect for enjoying the stunning mountain views. A small rear courtyard and a cycle store are also available, along with on-road parking. The property is non-smoking and requires a £50 security deposit.
