Dog-Friendly -1 small well behaved dog (£20/dog extra). Paved, fully enclosed courtyard (not a large area for exercising a dog in). The front and kitchen doors open onto quiet streets so dog and children need to be supervised at all times.

Sitting Room - Two large sofas, single armchair, log burner with first basket of logs supplied, Smart TV with Sky and Netflix included.
Outdoors - Enclosed courtyard, door to garage.
Hot Tub - Seats four comfortably.
Parking - Street parking, if available, (first come first served but please be considerate to local residents) or on The Green where there is a daily / weekly charge.
Children - Highchair, travel cot (bedding not supplied) and stair gate available upon request at time of booking.
Bikes / Prams - Can be stored in locked garage. Access from the street and from courtyard.
