This architectural triumph is ideally situated in Llwyngwril, Snowdonia National Park, to explore the coast and countryside of North and West Wales providing opportunities for walking, cycling, golfing, swimming, water sports, sailing and fishing. Why not take a journey on the steam railway to Dolgogh waterfalls and Tal y Llyn Lake or head to the sandy beach in Fairbourne or Aberdovey. There are a range of attractions nearby including Ynys Hir nature reserve, the Dyfi Opsrey project, the Centre of Alternative Technology with cliff railway, King Arthurs Labyrinth, the slate mines, the Museum of Modern Art Wales, the Owain Glyndwr Centre and Harlech Castle to name but a few. There is always something to do here. This beautiful barn conversion had been creatively designed maximising the wonderful coastal views and offering all your creature comforts in this luxury accommodation. As you enter down the steps and into the door you are treated to the expanse of the lounge/kitchen/diner, contemporary oak staircase, glass panels, feature stone walls, exposed beams, tiled floors and underfloor heating, all of which are designed to enhance your stay. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen area has granite work surfaces, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal. The utility room has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of storage space with a separate WC next door. The dining table takes centre stage with room for everyone to gather round, if you have booked both barns there is ample space for ten people to eat together. Open the French doors and let the outside in, listening out for the sound of the nearby stream and local birds. After dinner take time to relax on the sofa in the snug, taking in the lovely sea views, maybe read a good book or just catch up with your friends and family. In the lounge area, settle into the sofas to watch a film on the TV/DVD, maybe light the wood burner for cosy nights in. On this floor you will also find the spacious king size bedroom with wonderful views towards the sea and stylish en suite shower room and WC. Upstairs on the first floor you have the choice of a further two bedrooms, one super king size room with wonderful sea views and a daybed, or the spacious king size bedroom with door to the rear patio area. Lastly enjoy a leisurely bath or shower in the stylish bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. This property is a joy to stay in with lovely views to wake up to. Outside, enjoy the wildlife and wonderful sea views from sunrise to sunset from the paved terrace with table and chairs. Relax on the lawn, walk down to babbling stream across the owners fields or head down to the beach. There is plenty of space to store your bike and canoes and ample private parking for three cars.
