The bathroom is fitted with an electric shower over the bath and essential amenities. The first floor comprises a gallery landing with a piano, a spacious dining room, and three bedrooms, including a child’s playroom that doubles as a storage area, accommodating various family needs.

Guests will appreciate the amenities provided, such as all-inclusive oil and electric costs, bed linen, towels, and a highchair for children. An outhouse houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, while the garage offers recreational options with a table tennis table and dartboard. Additionally, there is ample parking space for up to four cars, ensuring convenience for visitors. It is important to note that the property is accessed via a quarter-mile single-track lane, with the last stretch being unmade, and features low beams and steps within the house.
