To the outside of the property there is off road parking for three cars and a decked area with seating and a summerhouse. Capel Mawr is a great base for families and friends looking to stay somewhere a little different close to the Snowdonia National Park.

Town: Situated in the foothills of the Snowdonia Mountain Range, Llanrug is a small village with two pubs and a shop just three miles from the famous town of Llanberis. Popular amongst walkers, this tranquil settlement is set beneath the Snowdon Massif and flanked by the Llyn Padarn and Llyn Peris lakes. As one of the most popular mountain tourist centres in the Snowdonia National Park, Llanberis is an ideal spot for walkers and climbers to gather, particularly during the annual Snowdon marathon. For the less energetic holidaymaker, trains travel to the summit at regular intervals giving those unable to climb to the peak a chance to enjoy the incredible views. Back in the town itself there are a number of excellent places to eat and drink as well as a great choice of shops.

This cottage is located in Caernarfon. National Slate Museum and Plas Newydd House and Gardens are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Redline Indoor Karting and GreenWood Forest Park. Hafod Eryri and James Pringle Weavers are also worth visiting. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking.
