Paddleboarding, windsurfing and sailing are just a few of the activities you could try, but if you prefer walking, there are a wealth of trails to tempt you. Studded at the southern tip of Snowdonia National Park, Aberdovey is where the mountains meet the sea at the mouth of the Dyfi River, so you ll never be short of trails to explore. Elegant and stylish throughout, the property has been lovingly converted from its Victorian past and has many contemporary focal points alongside its muted colour palette and chic accessories. Enter via the sunroom through a set of double doors and move through the spacious lounge/diner. Natural light streams in through the bay windows of the lounge area, inviting you to walk across the wooden flooring to sink into the sofas, warmed by the log effect gas fire. There is a large dining table with seating for six and a handy kitchen area equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm and tidy away afterwards. You ll find an electric oven with grill, an induction hob, fridge, three drawer freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave and Magimix coffee machine with Nespresso capsules. From here, a small hallway leads to the stairs and a striking bedroom featuring a crisply dressed double bed and a short passageway through to its private en suite wet room that boasts a double sink and mirrored panelling. Upstairs, the large bathroom offers a walk in shower, a bath and WC, as well as a useful double sink. There are two bedrooms on this level reached via two steps, one of which is a king size with a bed, bedroom furniture and storage space. The second has large bay windows, a super king size bed, handy storage, a vanity table and a sofa for enjoying the views or watching your private TV. Outside, the garden has a patio with garden furniture for leisurely evenings sipping drinks and tucking into BBQ delights. Off road parking is available for two cars, please take care when outside as the patio/courtyard area has a low wall with a steep drop to the driveway below.
