From the moment that you arrive at Hyfrydle you can start to unwind as everything fits into place with ease. Tucked away just behind the main street, only a stones-throw from the seafront and almost opposite the famous Beaumaris Castle, this luxurious seaside cottage doesn't only have two parking spaces at the rear but it also comfortably sleeps up to six.
Hyfrydle is steeped in history dating back to the 1890s, and with that in mind, the owners are lovingly restoring this characterful nautical home back to its former glory - a welcoming, bright, airy and spacious property.
As soon as you enter the doors of Hyfrydle you are greeted by a family feel; with its beautifully finished double and king sized bedrooms and spacious twin (which can be transformed into a super king upon request). There is also a luxurious large family bathroom and soon this house will see the addition of an in-keeping downstairs shower room.
With family-time paramount, take the chance to gather in the lounge and watch your favourite film or play that much-loved board game in front of the roaring log burner, alternatively just sit back, relax and watch the world go by through the beautiful bay window.
At Hyfrydle dinners can be as formal as you like with a table ready to impress in the separate dining room, which will be welcoming new French doors opening on to the garden for that all-important alfresco dining.
Another update on the horizon is the nautical cottage kitchen, where cooks can pour themselves a secret glass of wine as they create their masterpieces in the culinary space just off the dining room, which also includes a large fridge and freezer for pre-prepared meals and a fitted dishwasher if you wish to take the pressure off.
Just a step further on through the house you will find the utility room, where there is a sink and washing machine to freshen up your clothes or rub down your hounds after exploring the delights of Anglesey.
Hyfrydle really has everything and more for that luxurious, stress-free break - nestled just a short stroll from all the restaurants and shops, the stunning seaside walks or historic sites. Beaumaris is also situated near to Menai Bridge, the entrance to Anglesey, making it easy to reach from the mainland and is a great place to stay to explore the island or the picturesque sights of Snowdonia.
Located in Beaumaris, this apartment is by the sea. The Steven Jones Gallery and Stone Science are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Treasure Island Fun Centre and The Penny Farthing Sweet Shop. Traveling with kids? Consider Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens and James Pringle Weavers.
