Min Y Nant is a beautiful, detached cottage resting in Abersoch, Gwynedd sleeping six people in three bedrooms.
Set across two floors and hosting six bedrooms, including a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor king-size and a ground-floor twin, along with a bathroom, a cloakroom and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove. The kitchen area contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. For entrainment, guests are provided with two Smart TVs, a DVD player, as well as a selection of books and DVDs. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed rear garden with patio, decking, lawned area, barbecue and furniture. The central heating is powered by oil and is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power. One well-behaved dog is welcome, however please ensure that pets and children are supervised at all times. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop and pub 0.4 miles away and a beach within 0.5 miles. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200. Note: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Plas Glyn y Weddw and Plas-yn-Rhiw are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Plas Heli and Nefyn & District Golf Club. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails, horse riding, and rock climbing nearby.
