Settled in Sarn Bach, a stone’s throw away from the bustling village of Abersoch, is this fantastic, semi-detached holiday home, Pen Y Sarn. Enjoying a peaceful location whilst enjoying close proximity to the delights on offer in the Llŷn Peninsula, Pen Y Sarn makes for a wonderful base for a family of six. Enter the property to immediately find yourself in the utility, where you can take off your shoes and throw any sandy clothes into the washing machine. Continue to the bright and airy kitchen/diner, a room enjoying a high ceiling and tasteful decoration; the kitchen enjoys stylish fittings and fantastic appliances, including an American-style fridge/freezer and a five-ring hob. Dinner can be enjoyed at the close-by dining table, or out in the rear garden’s octagonal summer house, with ample bench seating for all. After dinner, continue to the sitting room where a plethora of seating awaits, including two leather sofas, where you can relax in front of the TV and between the selection of shows available on Freeview. For a more intimate chill-out spot, climb the stairs to the mezzanine snug area, where several bean bags await in a secluded space. The property benefits from having its bedrooms on the ground floor, with the first one being a double with quaint décor and views of the countryside, another being the nautical twin room and lastly, a fantastic bunk room that is perfect for the little ones. The rooms share two ground-floor shower rooms, where you will find spacious, walk-in showers for you to enjoy a rejuvenating rinse after a day packed with swimming or walks. The sunny patio is a wonderful relaxation spot, with a hammock for you to enjoy a moment of peace and quiet on, along with outdoor seating for when you want to dine alfresco in the quaint scenery. Moments away from the property is Abersoch Farm Shop, where you can grab your essentials before venturing to Llanengan for a picnic at the Hillfort and an afternoon in the sun and sand at Hells Mouth Beach. Progress to Abersoch, where your amenities are situated in one setting, where you can enjoy putting at the Abersoch Golf Club, sailing in the waters with Abersoch Sailing School, or simply sunbathing on the spectacular beaches of Abersoch Harbour and Abersoch Main. Venture west to the fabulous attraction of Plas yn Rhiw, where you can immerse yourself in history in the 16th century manor, before dipping your toes in the waters of Porth Ysgo and visiting the nearby village of Aberdaron; a settlement nestled in an Area of Outstanding Beauty, with access to a lovely beach and a close-by nature reserve. Why not walk the Llŷn Coastal Path, where you can discover the delights resting on the Llŷn Peninsula’s shores, from Morfa Nefyn and Pwllheli to Criccieth and Trefor; veer off the coastal path towards the mainland to find the beautiful Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park.
