The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Additionally, there is a shower room on this level for convenience. Narrow stairs lead to the first floor, which includes two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with zip and link twin beds that can be converted to a super king-size, along with a single bed and a fold-out bed. The first floor also contains a bathroom with a bath and shower attachment.
