The ground floor features a cozy living and dining room equipped with a wood burner, Freeview TV, and a DVD player, complemented by rustic beams. The farmhouse-style kitchen includes modern amenities such as a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, all set on a tiled floor. Additionally, there is a convenient wet room with a shower and toilet. Access to the first floor is via steep stairs, which leads to three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds, ensuring a restful stay for all guests.

This property is rich in character and retains original features, being a former farmhouse that adjoins the owner's cottage on a working sheep and cattle farm. The small enclosed lawned garden with a sitting area offers a peaceful outdoor space, and private parking is available for up to three cars. The cottage is equipped with LPG central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, and towels, with an initial supply of logs for the wood burner included. A travel cot and highchair are also provided, along with a welcome pack for guests upon arrival.

Situated in the village of Rhiw, the cottage is well-positioned for year-round holidays, with numerous walking paths and a variety of sandy beaches and rocky coves accessible via the Wales Coast Path.
