Caradoc, Rhosneigr, Anglesey holiday cottage, dog friendly, spacious and well equipped holiday bungalow with spectacular views over the Maelog Lake towards Snowdonia, enjoying a large corner plot backing onto fields with grazing animals and leading down to the lake. A peaceful location, but less than 5 minutes walk to beaches, restaurants and shops.

There is a large lawned area ideal for games (several provided) and a large parking area for several cars. The property is set in a peaceful location, with sunrises to die for, but it's less than five minutes to the beaches, restaurants, golf, tennis, bowls and shops.

Ground floor

Kitchen/ breakfast room
The large, modern, attractive kitchen is very well equipped with an electric double oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. There is a breakfast table with seating for 6-7 when extended. The sitting area at one end of the kitchen has a large comfortable sofa bed, a 15 inch LCD TV, a PS2 and a radio, the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee!

Utility room
The utility room contains a sink, washing machine and drier.

Lounge/ dining room
The large lounge has a traditional open fronted inset gas fire with a coal fuel effect, a 32 inch LCD TV, DVD player, Freeview, PS2, a comfortable 3-seater sofa and four armchairs. The dining table with six chairs (extends to seat 8) enjoys lovely views of MaelogLake. Patio doors lead to the paved patio and the garden.

Conservatory
The conservatory is ideal for relaxing, enjoying a glass of wine and reading a book! There is high-backed wicker seating - a sofa and two chairs, with comfortable cream fabric cushions.

Bedroom 1
This master bedroom contains two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside cabinets and an ensuite shower room. The sitting/dressing area has a two seater settee, chest of drawers and a dressing table with views over the lake. There is a 22 inch LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player. A travel cot is stored in the wardrobe.

En-suite to bedroom 1
En-suite shower room with hand basin, walk-in shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2
Here there is a double bed with bedside cabinets, and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3
This bedroom contains comfortable, full size bunk beds and a single bed with a chest of drawers. A selection of board games are to be found in the wall cupboard.

Bathroom
The modern family bathroom has a separate walk in shower, a bath with a shower over the bath, a heated towel rail, electric fan heater, a toilet, hand basin and a shaver socket.

Entertainment
The sitting area in the kitchen has a 15 inch LCD TV, PS2 and a radio. The lounge has a 32 inch LCD TV with built in Freeview and a DVD player. Bedroom 1 has a 22 inch LCD TV with built in Freeview and DVD player.

Outside
Outside the rear garden is ideal for children to play. There is a patio area designed to catch the sun whilst breakfasting outdoors or barbecuing in the evening, garden furniture is supplied in the garage. The large garden area benefits from magnificent views over the Maelog Lake, a perfect summers evening setting. Table tennis is available in the garage.

Things to do / Places to Visit nearby

Rhosneigr beaches - Winner of of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr lies on Anglesey's Western shore. With its two broad , sandy beaches, Traeth Crigyll and Traeth Llydan, it is a popular centre for all watersports. Rhosneigr is superb for walking on the beach, with rocky outcrops and dramatic sand dunes.

Llyn Maelog Lake - A small shallow lake and fringing reedbeds trapped behind the dunes of Tywyn Llyn common land at Rhosneigr. The lake supports good numbers of wintering coot and other wildfowl and some stay to breed in the reedbeds and islands. A public footpath circumnavigates the lake (except for the southernmost shore) and is linked to footpaths leading to Rhosneigr, and the area to the east around Llanfaelog. The Anglesey Coastal Path is accessible from a footpath to the south side of the lake, via a link which leads through the Tywyn y Llyn sand dunes.

Located in Rhosneigr, this cottage is by the sea. Holyhead Harbour and Penrhyn Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Summit to Sea and Anglesey Model Village & Gardens. Holyhead Maritime Museum and Ellins Tower Visitor Centre are also worth visiting.
