This fabulous, three-storey, end-of-terrace house is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Abersoch, making this a great base for a coastal escape with family or friends. The village itself with all its amenities, including a range of eateries, pubs and shops, including a butcher and a deli is just half a mile away. In finer weather, why not take a trip to the sheltered, sandy shores of Abersoch Beach (less than a mile) with its beautiful views of the mountains of West Wales and St Tudwal’s Islands where you can soak up some sunshine or take part in some water sports. For avid surfers, why not head 2 miles to Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth Beach) or, if you’re looking for shallower waters and the chance to build sandcastles, head to Llanbedrog Beach (4 miles).
Follow the path to the front door and you’ll find yourself in this light and bright reverse-level property. On the ground floor, you’ll find three of the four bedrooms, an inviting and spacious double complete with an en-suite shower and plenty of storage as well as two pretty twin rooms, one of which has views out onto the garden and the other with French doors leading out to the garden. There is also a bathroom on this level as well as a handy utility cupboard. Upstairs, you’ll find the living space situated on the first floor to make the most of the stunning views. There is an open-plan lounge/diner with plenty of comfortable sofas for lounging as well as a dining table and chairs to seat eight guests. From here, you have great views of the countryside. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped so there’s plenty of room for everyone to lend a hand when it comes to preparing meals. There’s also a separate morning room with a sofa and plenty of books to keep you entertained. Patio doors here lead out to the beautiful glass balcony with seating where you can simply sit and enjoy the amazing views. Up again to the second floor and you’ll find a lovely king-size room with sea and countryside views from the Velux windows. There’s also another en-suite offering guests in this room the opportunity to tuck themselves away.
Outside, as well as the fabulous first-floor, glass balcony with its seating, there is also a secure patio garden to the rear with sun loungers and a fire pit to keep you warm on chillier evenings. There’s also a garage which is handy for storing bikes, boards and beach paraphernalia as well as housing table football and giant Jenga if you fancy a bit of friendly competition.
