The property is recently refurbished exclusively for a holiday letting, there is a living room which is quite small but cozy, rear dining room which seats eight around the table and kitchen, 4 bedrooms with an additional 2 travel cots. Being situated on the outskirt of the town, set back from the main road, a Morrisons store is situated opposite, to the left of this is the Art gallery which also contains a cinema. Caernarfon Castle, Welsh highland railway, town centre a short walk. Snowdon or Carneddau mountain ranges nearby, Plas Menai outdoor pursuits centre + more. Beds consist of 2 wrought Iron kingsize in the larger front bedroom, bunk beds on the rear bedroom on the first floor and a double bed in the rear bedroom on the top floor. all linen is hotel quality and many comment on how comfortable the beds are, something we think is very important when you go and stay somewhere. there is a smart tv in the living room and which can be used for netflix etc on the tv, though you would have to use your own subscription for these. rental is for the whole house though once gusts choose their beds we would ask you to keep to them as there would be a charge ( £15 per night of the stay) for any extra beds used, as you may understand , any extra beds used would mean total cleaning hoovering and laundry for the rooms as the house is kept clean and pristine as possible for the next guests. No parties or pets sorry.
Safety bars are fitted across the bottom windows of the rear bedrooms and security locks on all upstairs windows to prevent them opening fully, a key is in place on the right hand side of each window behind the curtain out of reach of small children.
Located in Caernarfon, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Eryri National Park and Yr Wyddfa. Redline Indoor Karting and GreenWood Forest Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
