Groesfa is just a short walk from the beach, Abersoch's golf club, and a seaside cafe serving local produce. Nearby, the award-winning Porth Tocyn Hotel offers stunning views of the bay, while the bustling streets of Abersoch provide fantastic eateries, boutique stores, and walking routes.

The cottage includes 3 double beds and 2 single beds across its 4 bedrooms, with a ground floor living/dining area, kitchen, shower room, double bedroom, sitting room, and outdoor utility room. The first floor features two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and another shower room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, two fridge/freezers, and a Belfast sink. Entertainment options include a smart TV in the living area, a TV for games consoles in the sitting room, and an Xbox with several games. Wi-Fi is also available.

Outside, guests can enjoy a pretty garden with trees and flower beds, a lawned area, a paved seated area with a wooden table and bench, and a charcoal BBQ. Central heating and electricity are included, with bed linen provided. Towels can be hired for an additional fee. A welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, and sugar is provided upon arrival. Private off-road parking is available for up to 3 cars. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the cottage.
