Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: Llanbedr is a picturesque village in North Wales, situated in a wooded area between the Snowdonia mountain range (including the Rhinogs) and the region's beautiful golden beaches. This picturesque village is located next to the picturesque River Artro and enjoys a mild climate thanks to its unusual positioning behind the high dunes of a nature reserve. It also features a wide variety of wildlife and birds, convenient local shops, bike hire, and mountain walks right outside your door. Harlech Castle, the most remarkable of all the strongholds Edward I built in North Wales, is located only three miles distant in the little town of Harlech, which is a World Heritage Site. The town of Harlech is known for the world-famous Royal St. David's golf course, but it also has a beautiful six-mile long sandy beach, great for leisurely strolls and family enjoyment. The nearby town of Barmouth is home to a number of exciting activities and attractions, including the breathtaking Panorama Walk along the beautiful Mawddach Estuary, which John Ruskin called "the most sublime view in Europe," and a harbour where you can take a ferry to Fairbourne and ride the miniature railway there or go on a boat trip out to sea to try your hand at mackerel fishing. This is a great vacation spot all year round because to Snowdonia National Park and the stunning Cardigan Bay.
Located in Llanbedr, this cottage is in a rural area and on a lake. Royal St. David's Golf Club and Dinas Oleu are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Hufenfa'r Castell and Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways. Go Ape at Coed y Brenin and Penrhyn Amusement Arcade are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking, rock climbing, and cycling nearby.
