Warren Farmhouse is located in a very secluded spot close to the historic town of Caernarfon. It has a very relaxing feeling when you get inside with views across the Snowdonia Mountain range and out to sea. When you go outside at night there is next to no light pollution apart from the twinkling villages in Snowdonia. This makes for fantastic stargazing in the dark sky region of Snowdonia. If this isn’t enough, you are a ten-minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, double oven, two dishwashers, larder fridge, freezer, and microwave. There is also a small breakfast table. The dining room is situated in the hall, with a lovely farmhouse table, Welsh dresser, and open fire. The sitting room has a TV and is a snug for the cosy winter nights with open fireplace. There is a games room with Wendy house, ping pong table, flat screen TV with DVD player. On top of this there is a IPod docking station, CD player and plenty of toys to play with. The garden room is fabulous with pinks and greens which give it a very light and fresh feel to the room. The views are spectacular, and you can open up the doors to the little courtyard in the summer months. There is plenty of drying room for wet gear at this spacious property. There are four rooms all with views of mountains or sea. There are two double rooms with king size beds, one being an ensuite and there are two twin rooms. Three bathrooms including a bathroom with bath, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. A shower room with wash hand basin and loo. The ensuite is a wet room with shower, wash hand basin and loo. There is a cloakroom with loo and wash hand basin and the utility room has a washer/dryer, separate sink, and a large fridge/freezer. The Lon Las Menai cycle track which is easily accessible from the property offers many miles of off-road cycling, to Porthmadog and beyond in the West, and to Bangor, Bethesda and beyond via Y Felinheli and Caernarfon to the East. The property is situated on the beach of Dinas Dinlle, which offers wild swimmers, paddle boarders’ year-round fun. This beach has large, dedicated dog-friendly and dog-free areas throughout the summer months. The Snowdon Mountain range and the Rivals all offer top-class mountain walks and stunning views, as well as the Glyderau and the Carneddau ranges. So, if you feel you need to take yourself away from the delightful Warren Farmhouse there is plenty on offer.
