Stay in our spacious, 4 bedroom farmhouse located in a peaceful, rural setting just 5 minutes by car from Beaumaris Castle.
Our maximum occupancy is 9 people plus 1 infant (1 travel cot & 1 high chair provided).
The house has an entrance porch with space to hang coats and leave shoes. This is followed by an attractive entrance hall with a large mirror.
Ty'n Rardd has 2 living rooms which is ideal for families. The main lounge features an open fire, sofas & tub chairs, a 52" TV with Chromecast, WIFI and a Bluetooth connecting music player.
The 'Snug Room' has tabletop football, a sofa and a wall mounted TV.
The farmhouse has a private patio area to the rear with views allowing you to see the Snowdonia Mountain Range across the Menai Strait - views of the vast Mountain Range are visible from almost every window of the house.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has an under counter fridge, separate under counter freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster, kettle, a full size dishwasher, and a microwave.
There is a large oak dining table and 9 dining chairs provided (plus a high chair).
There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large wine cooler.
This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 9 when also using our sofa bed in the master bedroom - plus an infant in a travel cot which we provide.
In the master bedroom, you first notice the amazing views with windows on 3 sides of the room - there is a king size bed and sofa bed (please let us know in advance if you wish to use the sofa bed so we can ensure bedding is available).
Even with both the sofa-bed and travel cot set up there is still plenty of space in this large bedroom.
Bedroom Two is a twin room - there are 2 single beds.
Bedroom Three is a twin room - there are 2 single beds.
Bedroom Four (downstairs), has a double bed.
All bedrooms have large wardrobes, drawers, bedside tables and lamps.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The upstairs family bathroom has a wc and large vanity basin, a bath with separate shower enclosure.
The second bathroom (downstairs), has a wc and basin, and a large quadrant shower.
We provide freshly made up beds and there are towels & hair dryers in every room. There is also an iron/ironing board included for convenience. We do have a removable baby gate also.
There is space on the gated driveway for up to 3 cars to park at the property. We request guests notify us if more than 3 cars will be arriving so that we can advise on parking.
We require guests to pay a damage deposit of £100 per booking direct to the owner in advance of arrival - this is fully refundable when your stay comes to an end (following inspection from our cleaners).
We now welcome up to two well behaved dogs for a fee of £30.00 but with respect we ask guests not to allow dogs in any carpeted areas i.e all bedrooms or upstairs and we request that dogs are not left alone in the house at any time.
Located in Beaumaris, this vacation home is in the mountains.
