Hosting five bedrooms; two king-size (one with en-suite), two twin rooms, and a single, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to nine people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen, utility, dining room, and a sitting room. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars, a secure garage for bikes/canoes etc, and an enclosed rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Resting in a charming location with a long sandy beach, Bay View is an excellent cottage in a scenic part of Wales.

Electric double oven and grill, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and pantry in utility. 2 x Smart TV's with Freeview, DVD player, CD/DAB radio, Wifi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Travel cot, 1 (bring your own cot bedding),1, high chair and 2 stair gates. Off road parking for 3 cars. Secure garage for bikes/canoes etc. Private rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only and not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Sandy beach 5 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar. Note: There are two gradual steps and a small slope leading to a further three steps to the front door. Note: The garage can also be accessed internally, via the utility room, three steps lead down to the garage from here.

Town: Benllech is home to a sandy beach, with a slipway allowing easy access for all. A variety of shops and cafés lie to the front of the beach, with a picnic area to the side. The village centre offers more shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. And the rural setting offers peace and access to the coast, rural Anglesey and of course the mountains of Snowdonia. There is much to see in and around the area.
Located in Benllech, this vacation home is in a rural area and by the sea. Menai Bridge and Bryn Celli Ddu Burial Chamber are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Storws Wen Golf Club and Baron Hill Golf Club. Traveling with kids? Consider Tyddyn Sargent Coarse Fishery, or check out an event or a game at Plas Menai National Watersports Centre. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
