Spacious family accommodation:
The spacious, stone, detached house was built as a holiday house in the 1880s, has remained in the same family since it was built, and still retains its original Victorian features and character.
Private grounds:
The property is set in four acres of private sand dunes, in a privileged position above the beach, with stunning views and beautiful sunsets. There is 100m of beachfront access and a private path leading down to the beach.
Sleeps 9:
Upstairs the house has four large bedrooms and a small single room (known as the Captain's Cabin). Three of the large bedrooms have twin beds and the fourth has a double bed. It sleeps 9 in all.
Full family facilities:
Downstairs are the dining room, lounge with 50" Smart TV/Freesat, family room, kitchen, utility room and 2nd shower room and WC.
Outdoor space:
There is an outdoor seating area directly above the beach with stunning sea views, perfect for lunchtime picnics.
Close to village & shops:
The house is a five-minute walk from the centre of the charming village of Rhosneigr with access to its shops, cafes, pub and restaurants.

There is full oil central heating, hot water on demand, double glazing, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are supplied.
Utilities:
Electricity is included in the tariff. Heating oil is metered and charged at cost when you leave.
TV and Internet:
The property has high-speed fibre-optic wireless internet access.
There is a 50" Smart TV with FreeSat HD.
Parking:
There is plenty of parking in the house grounds for at least 4 vehicles or boats.
Pets:
One or two well behaved pets are welcome but should not be allowed upstairs in the house.
