The kitchen is the hub of the house whether it's dining in the evening for grownups or making pancakes in the morning with the kids.  Or if you prefer to be pampered - there’s a ready supply of talented caterers who can come in to do breakfast, lunch and dinner, leaving you free to lounge by any of the 3 open fires.
Outside the kitchen is a brick terrace which overlooks the mini maze garden and has a view to The South Downs.
Inside, the main reception area is an impressive drawing room with double height ceiling supported by ancient pitch pine beams with an open fire at one end, a plasma TV at the other and a mezzanine above.
The 6 bedrooms including the library with sofabeds sleep up to 14. They’re flexible and stylish with a good mix of sizes to suit all groups
Outside, it’s just a 20 min walk to the western section of the South Downs Way leading you to a 100 miles of the best countryside walks in the South East or it's 15 mins by mountain bike to the downhill trails at the Queen Elizabeth Country Park.
