The shower room has a great walk-in monsoon shower, whilst quality towels and dressing gowns are all provided.

From within the grounds of the property you can see the sea and Yarmouth over on the Isle of Wight across the Solent.

Lymington has numerous shops, pubs, restaurants, boutiques and a pretty marina, as well as a market on a Saturday, all within easy walking distance. It also has the car ferry to the Isle of Wight, offering you the chance of a day trip to the island. The unspoilt forest and heathland, with its wandering ponies and cattle, is what makes the New Forest National Park famous. Once used as a royal hunting ground, today the National Park is home to hundreds of ancient and giant trees who have stood the test of time, and it is one of the best places in England to find a wide variety of species such as oaks, beech, yew, mighty redwoods and more.

Christchurch Harbour is also an easy drive with its famous waterside restaurants. Further afield, but well worth a trip, are Winchester Cathedral, Monkey World and the Tank Museum near Wool. Marwell Zoo, Peppa Pig World, The New Forest Wildlife Park and Southampton, with its nautical history and retail shopping outlets, are also within easy reach.

There are some fabulous beaches nearby at Bournemouth, Sandbanks and Poole, and the southern coastline offers many popular activities such as windsurfing, paddle boarding, boating and swimming. There is plenty to keep you entertained! Beach 3½ miles. Shop 1¼ miles, pub ½ mile and restaurant ¾ mile.
