Entering from the road through the large Victorian style entrance way, this property is conveniently located on the ground floor. There is a large open plan living kitchen area which has views out over the park, two comfy sofas which also double and sofa beds, and a 55 inch smart TV. All well decorated and modern throughout. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you would need. To the rear of the flat there is a spacious double bedroom with plenty of storage, a separate toilet and then a modern bathroom with shower over the bath.
