We have three self-catering cottages; Rushcroft Lodge sleeps 2 in spacious luxury and the other two sleep 4 in each. The light, space, airiness and decor of each, and their individual little gardens are very relaxing. There is also a beautiful colourful Gypsy Caravan in the most romantic secluded corner of one of the meadows.


Rushcroft Lodge is our 1 bedroom property - sleeps 2. It is attached to the Farmhouse and has its own entrance, parking and private garden.
Step to entrance: Ground floor Living/dining room with tiled floor, Tv, DVD and sofa bed. Kitchen with tiled floor, electric cooker and washing machine. Shower room with toilet. First floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceiling.

The farm is in a peaceful location, yet only a 5 Minute walk into the village of Sway with local shops and 2 good pubs. It is also very easy to walk, cycle or horse ride out onto The New Forest National Park.

Rushcroft is a 20 acre farm specialising in rare breed English Goats. Located in the New Forest National Park and walking distance to the village of Sway with 2 great pubs, a coffee shop and a selection of local shops. The forest famous for its free-roaming horsed is just a 10-minute stroll. The village shops, pubs, a hotel with restaurant, cafe and train station are 5 minutes walk. The area is a haven for cycling, walking and horse riding. We offer livery for you to bring your horse on holiday, please contact us directly for details and prices.

Within a short drive you can enjoy the forest villages of Brockenhurst, Burley, Beaulieu (motor museum), Lyndhurst and the yachting/market town and quay of Lyminington and even hop on a ferry to the Isle of Wight. Or take an exhilarating walk out to Hurst Castle along the spit with great views of the needles. Hop on a train to visit the historic docklands at Portsmouth in one direction or the sandy beaches and pier at Bournemouth the other way.
Motor enthusiasts will enjoy a day out at Beaulieu Motor Museum.
